Short version: when you book online we keep your name and email address so we can run your session, and we wipe them a year later. We don't sell your details, run ads, or track you around the web.

What we collect when you book

Your name and emailRequired. So we know who's coming and can send your booking confirmation.
Phone, group size, notesOptional. Only if you add them.
The sessionDate, time, length and price.
Your IP addressSaved with the booking so we can stop one source flooding the calendar with fake bookings.

Walk-ins may be written into the same system by the attendant, with the same details.

What we use it for

We only use your details for these reasons, and we only collect what the booking needs. By submitting the form you agree to this.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it with authorities only if the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

The public site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The staff admin area uses a login cookie, which visitors never receive.

How long we keep it

Twelve months after your session, we automatically erase your name, phone, email, notes and IP address. We keep only the date, time and price, with no name attached, so our accounts still add up. If you cancel, your details stay until that same twelve-month point unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

Email info@remphamly.com or message us on Instagram. Please include the reference from your confirmation (it looks like RRS-XXXXX) or your phone number, so we can find the right booking. This address is also our contact for privacy questions and complaints.

If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should make the booking or agree to it for you.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data we'll update this page and the date at the top.
